PROCEDURES

We from Hemocor & Cirucard, always thinking of ensure more comfort for our customers, we continued determining more and more to improve the patterns of quality of our attendance.
Thinking like this, we took the freedom of dictating some procedures that certainly are indispensable so that whole customer it is assisted in the set time:

HOW TO PROCEED
TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR HEALTH PLANS
(Nor all the doctors make this kind of attendance)
  • For consultation or return please make an appointment with the largest possible antecedence.
  • In case of any impediment in attending the appointed consultation, communicate us immediately.
  • Always arrive 15 minutes before the schedule, so that we can have the guides filled correctly and without cofusions.
  • We will maintain a maximum delay tolerance of 15 minutes, guaranteeing the schedule of the other consultations in that way.
  • The returns with exams results should be appointed in advance, not having conditions of assisting without previous appointment. Consultations "by telephone" won't be allowed.
  • Assisting the demand of the "Health Plans" ,please bring with you the affiliate document to comprove it and the last 3 payment vouchers up-to-date identification card. Otherwise, a check-caution should be left in the value of the consultation, with period of one week for the due regularization.

HOW TO PROCEED
TO MAKE A REGULAR APPOINTMENT
  • Make an appointment through the secretary, with the chosen doctor.
  • Try to arrive 15 minutes before the appointed schedule.
  • Bring with you the last prescription. In cases of first consultation, when available, bring also all the exams and previous prescriptions that you got.

HOW TO PROCEED
FOR SURGERY APPOINTMENTS
  • After having confirmed the probable date with the assisting doctor, the intervention appointment should already be made in the  Internment section of the " Hospital do Coração da Associação do Sanatório Sírio ".
  • Private patients just need the solicitation done by the assisting doctor.
  • Health Plans Patient can also to place in the hospital just with the assisting doctor's request, however some Health Plans demands that the patient obtains liberation given by the own agreement previously.
  • In emergency internments, the Hospital request a deposit caution.

HOW TO PROCEED
FOR CARDIAC CATHETERISM
  • The heart catheterism is accomplished in the " Hospital do Coração da Associação do Sanatório Sírio".
  • In the routine the patients are interned in the day of the procedure and they receive hospitalar discharge in the following day.
  • Additional information are supplied by occasion  of the exams appointment.
  • The appointment is made directly at the Hemodinamic registra's office.

HOW TO PROCEED
FOR HEART SURGERY
  • In the routine the patients are placed in the hospital   in the previous day of the surgery, staying interned for about seven days after the operation.
  • Additional information are supplied by occasion of the placement.
